Cancellation Policy

The recording studio agreement between Forever Faded Studios and all Recording Artists utilizing the studio facilities outlines important terms and conditions for the use of the studio services. Here is a summary of the key points covered in the agreement: 1. **Services (1.1):** The Studio agrees to provide recording services to the Artist as agreed upon in writing, with a rate of $45 per hour for the services rendered. 2. **Pricing (2.1):** The Studio’s pricing is based on an hourly rate and may change with prior notice to the Artist. Payment for services is due at the end of each recording session. 3. **Studio Rules/Conduct (3.1):** The Artist must adhere to studio rules such as no smoking, alcohol, or drugs on the premises, respecting equipment and facilities, and being punctual for scheduled recording sessions. 4. **Indemnity (4.1):** The Artist is responsible for indemnifying and holding Forever Faded Studios harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Artist's use of the facilities. Any damage caused to equipment or property is the Artist's responsibility to repair or replace. 5. **Termination (5.1):** Either party can terminate the Agreement with 24 hour notice. The Artist is liable for payment for services up to the termination date. 6. **Confidentiality (6.1):** Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during recording sessions. 7. **Protection of Studio Equipment (7.1, 7.2):** The Artist must handle studio equipment with care. Any damage due to negligence must be repaired or replaced at the Artist's expense. Removing studio equipment without authorization is prohibited. 8. **Scheduling Confirmation (8.1):** Both parties agree to confirm work schedules in advance, outlining days, times, and duration of services to be provided. 9. **Retrieval of Files (9.1, 9.2, 9.3):** The Artist is responsible for retrieving all files and belongings before the end of the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in inconvenience and additional charges for extended session time. The Studio is not responsible for files left behind after the session. 10. **Governing Law (10.1):** The Agreement is governed by the laws of Missouri. In essence, the agreement establishes clear guidelines for the use of Forever Faded Studios, ensuring a professional and respectful relationship between the Studio and Recording Artists.
